Took over a week to get activated, my “boss” didn’t even tell me about the “tip card” the server training me on my last day of training did so I had over 200 dollars that I have yet to get my tips (if you’ve worked in restaurants you can understand I was out of work completely broke and then couldn’t get my tips that I live on that I worked hard for). I was told they will be on my paycheck however that will be taxed…..as well as most people know with a new job said paycheck is still over a week away because they pay bi weekly and when I got hired to the last pay check. Also I wait tables because my wages get garnished for child support, this way I can make 20-30$/hour and keep half and then let them take half my paycheck as well as making my monthly payment. So there’s a good chance on top of waiting for my money I have to pay taxes on tips that I already pay taxes on (server paychecks are taxes according to the tips you made that week, this is why servers are paid 7-9$hr but generally make maybe 3-6, and half of it might go to child support but I will still have to make my regular payment which was going to come out of that. Overall horrible. Almost had me out on the street because I assured my landlord I would have money for him on a certain date and then was given the rope a dope as well as spending my entire only day off on the phone “IT” and Human Resources, was I verbally assaulted you ask? No I didn’t know my password and it was literally a 3 day ordeal! Insane

It’s extremely smooth, reliable, easy to use, overall quick, and efficient! I’ve never had an issue or bug using the MANY useful services and features which means it was programmed well too! I’m a huge fan of this app and strongly recommend using it if you use U.S bank, and if you don’t bank with U.S Bank I recommend switching if your bank is giving you trouble. One time I had over 10,000$ In my account for an extended amount of time (not so much anymore haha back in the wealthy days) and they gifted me 1,000$ FOR FREE! I’ll say it again they gave me 1,000$ FOR FREE just for having 10x’s that amount stored with their bank as a thanks for storing that much with them! I couldn’t believe it! It’s never happened again since but I’ll never forget that they gave me that much money for FREE! So again, if you’re bank is giving you trouble it might not hurt try U.S bank, it’s similar to all the other large branches in America but some things are better (personal opinion). But setting aside trying U.S if you aren’t a customer. Because if you ARE a customer and aren’t using this app what are you doing!? Download this app NOW! It’s awesome! Free easy to use and instant Zelle cash transfers to anyone you want through the app and countless other useful features, photo mobile check deposit (my personal favorite feature) saves trips to an ATM or bank on check day. Honestly, I love the app. I love that I can cash checks on the app. The only thing I don’t like is that I can’t go through the ATM and get any amount of funds that’s available in my account. I shouldn’t have a limit if it’s in there instead I had to go up there and pull it out through the drive-through inside and it takes forever. That’s the one thing I do not like about US Bank everything else I love it. I do think that if you’ve had a Bank there for so long and you’re getting a government check or a insurance check from like your insurance company they should be able to instantly give you those funds you shouldn’t have to wait up to 10 days to get the funds if you’ve had your account longer than a year and you’ve got direct deposits coming in and nothing’s went wrong. You know the check is obviously legit. I understand personal checks and checks from little businesses but government or your insurance companies that are big like progressive all state State Farm stuff like that you shouldn’t have to wait for those funds if somebody’s car gets totaled out and they have to wait up to 10 days to be able to get the money to replace their car so you’re putting them in a bigger financial situation and it’s costing them out more and more and more. Yet the app I absolutely love. I haven’t had any issues with it. I can access stuff extremely fast and I love the mobile deposit. I wish they didn’t have a limit to the mobile deposit because no matter what it’s still the check it’s just the same besides you’re not going in the bank.
Don’t work right most of the time with my I phone 8 plus

Been telling them and complaining for about 6 or so months . It worked fine for last few years in same house same phone etc etc . Then all of a sudden at least half the time it freezes once I hit the mobile app icon on my cell phone Home Screen and the sign on comes on but won’t let me type or do anything with it at all I just can stare at the sign on screen . Tried deleting. And re downloading numerous times. Have tried turning off vpn and about everything I and someone there has suggested sometimes I can reboot phone full power off and back on and it will work that one tine but if I go to use it an hour later it’s frozen again. Rep there emailing me back and forth seems like usually sending about midnite eastern time but with nothing that works abd then they say they “ elevated the case” heard nothing yet and I’m tired of it. I have bank Apps ftom other local banks and credit unions and all their mobile apps work fine never any issues at all “Looks like I’m going to me moving a bunch of money and other things since I’m pretty mobile and I need to use my I phone for lots of things all that work fine with the orher banks. Also I was using Touch IDAnd that worked fine once I got signed in but now in past 6 months or so getting signed in on the iphone is less then a 50 per cent shot, bye my ipad works fine with same app in my home and elsewhere where app won’t work with i phone that’s all updated and got max memory etc.
