MusicAlarm helps you wake up with the music you love and skip alarms on the days you want to rest. DANGER! This App has default settings that will KILL!

I am perplexed that no one who has reviewed this app has mentioned anything about the developer's/seller's default settings and how they can drive you crazy. I have just spent over 2 weeks on an Apple Support Thread (5 pages long, over a 1000 views) trying to track down a mysterious Double Chirp that occurred every hour on the hour from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM on my iPad 2. No one could figure it out and I had some of the most experienced forum members working on the problem. It turns out that when you purchase this app, the DEFAULT settings include a Double Cricket Chirp every hour on the hour from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm! These settings are not immediately obvious and unless you open the app and really explore its contents you could easily miss this. We all did in the thread. Because no one has mentioned this I must assume folks really pour into this app and discover this default setting and turn it off, or they like double cricket chips every hour on the hour during the day. We finally tracked down the offending app by having thread members compare their lists of apps. The intersection app was Almu!If this default setting has already been changed by the developer...Great! If not, PLEASE DO NOT SHIP OUT THIS APP WITH THE DEFAULT SETTING TO HAVE YOUR IPHONE OR IPAD EMIT A DOUBLE CRICKET CHIRP EVERY HOUR FROM 9:00 AM TO 6:00 PM. This has wasted a lot of people's time for no good reason. The app is fine. The default settings are a bad joke. Average...3 stars.

I've been looking for this since installed apps were available (2008). I have bought a few too and this is the only one ( that I know of) that works in this way. App does not have to be in the foreground to work. (only one I've found) and app plays music when in vibrate or silent mode-multitasking switch must be turned on. Other apps have to have the ringer on to do this. ( I don't have my ringer on in the night) Thanks for filling the gap of much needed features.

This alarm clock has great control. Easy to use and configure, I was able to set up my alarm as I needed to and select songs. It was great to choose what song I wanted to wake up to. Not only that, but the voice recording option is great also. Easy to configure, this alarm got me up when I needed it to! A great deal and one I'd recommend.
