In addition to being your gateway to the powers of the Ancient Mystics, the app features a UNIQUE talking compass: Find the proper direction even when the screen is off! Rather than tell you every single little change, a pleasant female voice will simply announce the 8 major directions as your heading changes (North, Northeast, Southwest, etc.), and a soft chime will sound for the 4 Cardinal Directions. Voice cues and chime cues can be turned on and off independently. There is no other compass quite like this!
The sounds are also designed to be heard over any music you might have playing in the Music player on your device, so you don't have to give that up!
Then, to add to the fun, Mystic Compass acts as your personal psychic advisor, giving you the Direction you need in your life...*
Depending on what your instincts tell you, face the spirits of the North, South, East or West. The compass will help you find your Direction. You may also line up a particular symbol on the compass with a landmark or other object that is directly related to your question.
Be advised, you may hear answers you do not like!
Ask a question. ANY question you like. It does not have to be a Yes or No answer. Mystic Compass can be serious, light-hearted, brutally honest or downright abusive.. can your ego take it?
Hold still and spin the compass in any direction that feels right to you for this question.
Be aware that the compass is a MAGNETIC device, so if you are near any magnetic fields such as large machinery, electrical motors or speakers, they can interfere with accuracy.
*Compass functionality not required to use the psychic advisor, so this part of the app is even useable on devices without GPS or Compass, such as the iPod touch.
