I like and want to live in southern Italy with my mother and family, I need a four bedroom, two full bathrooms, two bedrooms and 1 bath separate than the other side of two bedrooms and one bath so me and my wife and our own daughters could live with my mom and my little sister on one side to themselves and one side to ourselves and all we need is two bedrooms and our own bath each, great sunlight soil land for gardening my own fruits and vegetables needed, just electricity is okay, a swim pool is okay, an outdoor kitchen is great, a washer dryer is great, beautiful near the beach and a downtown and great shopping stores too very much needed for keeps and airlines of a home in Chicago, Illinois, United States of America too with the same Italian home design and concept with two bedrooms with full bath for my mom and two bedrooms with full bath for me and that could be separate homes in different directions like me in downtown Chicago and her in the town of Italy and like wise in actual Southern Italy the country too. Thank you. Gimmick me that as soonest possible for safety first for the both of us, being me and my mother separately safe sides of Italy in Italy and in America too. No abuse coming from anybody. All others rights to privileges revoked from the case of living for me as of now this day forward. This is the app for everything Portugal, if you are relocating or buying property. I am grateful for it. It’s helpful for finding property to rent or buy, but also allows you to gain insight into right prices, by looking at comparable listings. Portugal doesn't have an MLS system, making it very difficult to know what a property should be listed for or how much a buyer should pay. So you will see properties all over the place, sometimes for no reason. You have to look at many listings to create an idea of neighborhood value. With Idealista you can’t see what was eventually paid for a property, you can only notice (they notify you if you favorited it) that it is no longer listed. Keep in mind that listings are routinely taken off and put back on again for various reasons - novelty - and can even be listed by multiple real estate companies with different prices and photos! There is no standardization here. You also should know that even if you come in at full price, it is not at all unusual for the seller to suddenly change their mind and refuse to sell. This happens especially with foreign buyers, as sellers may think they should've charged more if you come in at full price, and that you must be a rich American or "fill in the blank". It has become very difficult for the Portuguese to afford their own homes in their own country, so you can understand some of the hard feelings and suspicion.There are a lot of drawbacks to the real estate market here, but Idealista is the biggest help you can find to even your odds. PS: never acquire property overseas without a lawyer, and always be respectful to the seller. Happy house hunting!
A solid app with one very annoying flaw

Overall, the idealista app works as advertised. The UI is simple enough, it’s easy to use all of the functions of the app, and it’s very convenient. However, that changes if you’re using the app in a language other than Spanish. I use it in English and Spanish, and it seems like the English translated information for listings and for the user profile do not get updated with the latest Spanish information. I’ve had it happen numerous times that I’ll check a listing in English and read the translated details provided by the owner, and then go look at the original in Spanish and they are completely different (my guess is that a listing is translated once at some point and the translation not updated again for awhile). This is a huge flaw that I would imagine could really inconvenience a non-Spanish speaker (it has inconvenienced me on multiple occasions). So be careful and check the Spanish language listings!

My favorite so far. I’ve tried other apps but I keep coming back “home” to Idealista. I like the map because I can clearly see the position of the supermarkets, health centers, the water, things that are important to me when purchasing a home. I also like they display community fees in some of the sales. I’ve purchased a home using this app, about to purchase another one for a friend but still looking. The only app I refer to friends. The only thing I don’t like, some of their houses are full of junk! They should demand the sellers to clean up organize their garbage before they take pictures! I don’t care how beautiful a house is, when I see accumulated garbage I don’t even stop to look! I can smell it!!! I have just upgraded to the new version. Will see how it go goes.
