RDC is very convenient and easy to use. I wish the were a little more flexible on the amount you can deposit so I don’t have to run to the bank or wait. But overall, the service is good and the people at the branches very kind.
Poor technology

The technology and online/app are soooo poor and not user friendly it’s ridiculous. Maybe this bank is good for people with a lot of money or big businesses. But not for the average or even slightly above average person. I moved to City from Wells Fargo hoping for a more personal experience which was a little bit but the shortcomings in every other way are definitely not worth it. Unfortunately I’ll be moving my accounts back to Wells Fargo.
App and online banking

It is not compatible with many of the finance management tools out there such as Quicken. This app/online banking is definitely inferior to some of the bigger banks like Bank of America or TD bank.
