Qbil Software ontwikkelt ERP software voor de handel en logistiek in grondstoffen, ingrediënten en additieven. Onze klanten handelen onder andere in oliën en vetten, melk- en zuivelproducten, voedingsmiddelen, diervoeders, granen & zaden, noten & zuidvruchten, specerijen, thee, cacao & koffie, kunststoffen & plastics en chemische grondstoffen.
In aanvulling op onze software bieden wij een extra app: Qbil iReports. Hiermee kunnen gebruikers van Qbil-Trade ERP dezelfde rapportages real-time opvragen. Een zeer krachtige tool voor traders, inkopers en verkopers die vaak bij klanten of afnemers zijn. Uitprinten en meenemen van rapporten en bellen met kantoor om de laatste voorraad, contractstanden en handelsposities te achterhalen worden verleden tijd. Tevens is Qbil iReports uiterst nuttig bij voorraadtellingen omdat tot op detailniveau zowel de technische als de economische voorraadstand is op te vragen met verschillende filtermogelijkheden.
Als voorbeeld is een fictieve demonstratie database gebruikt met verschillende producten. De Qbil-Trade iPhone App is alleen voor Qbil-Trade gebruikers, die hun eigen gegevens real-time kunnen opvragen. De iPhone App is beveiligd, dus ook bij kwijtraken van uw iPhone liggen de gegevens niet op straat.

* ‘Qbil iReports is een verlengstuk van het geheugen van de Trader. Vooral het positieoverzicht is erg slim opgezet. Ik had niet gedacht dat deze op een iPhone zo overzichtelijk kon zijn.’
* ‘Geen geprint meer van positielijsten voor een zakenbezoek. Die waren sowieso niet meer up-to-date zodra je aankwam bij de relatie.’
* ‘Een fijn gevoel dat zelfs bij diefstal de gegevens veilig zijn. Verder een zeer nuttige tool, die de spijker precies op zijn kop slaat. Namelijk geen invoer maar wel precies de juiste rapportages.’
