***Error Logging In***

I’ve used the APP for almost 2 years. I think it’s fantastic and easy to navigate. The only problem I ever have or have had, is an error logging in. From experience and trial & error, once I receive the error message, I cannot use the APP. So, anytime I receive the error, which in the past 6 months has only happened twice, I delete the APP and reinstall. Works every time! Hope this helps a few users.

The mobile app lets me transfer in between my accounts and I can see what my teenage daughter is doing on her account so I can teach her how to be financially responsible! Also I like that you can freeze your debit card from your phone right then and there! Also it’s cool that you can transfer to another CNB account with the app because sometime I like to give my SO some money!

I love the app! It’s easy to use, and has so many great features. I can deposit checks, I can transfer money, check my balances, look at and print my statements. I can also shut of my debit card or report issues. I also love that the app lets me use Touch ID! Very easy to change your security features and set up text banking as well.
