One area for improvement would be receiving a message after the release of new versions , informing user to visit App Store and manually request installation of updates. Other than that, it does deliver a decent user experience, even while I am globetrotting ( used in three continents with no major complains)

It is just unbelievable that the highest category bank has an app that does not perform well. It is quite obvious that bank managers do not use the app or leadership does not care about their customer or this app has not value for them, but in the end it does not perform correctly and is not that intuitive as it should considering what other competitors can do now.Update Jun6thI noted that it is not me the only one complaining about the app performance, you replied to me asking for details, I ask you to test your app before going live and continue to test it, can you imagine how much time you expect your customers invest to do “your” work? I mean it would be way much easier if you simple test and fix your app, expect needs and features being feed-backed from customers not details of your own work not done correctly, really you expect customers help you with this? Don’t agree? Want to see you providing feedback to the manufacturer of toilet paper because it did not work when you tried to use it, or isn’t true that you will just jump to another brand instead of taking pictures.... Don’t waste your time to reply this message but to improve the app, that is worthy for both parties.

There are little things which can improve substantially the user experience on this app. For instance, if you can schedule a payment, why not the app remind you of the transaction and more why not ask you after the transaction is complete if you want to redo the transaction? If you scheduled recurrent transactions for the same payee, when the last scheduled transaction is complete, why not the app ask you if you want to reschedule and if so why not ask you if you want to reschedule for the same months you had scheduled in your previous scheduled transaction? These are small suggestions (there are many others) that the very capable programmers of the bank could do to make the user experience a better one. Just take a look of what American banks do to help their customers on the digital experience. Marcelo
Poor notification manage

The notification UX is missing some quite simple functions. Clear all notifications or be able to clear specific ones. You simply receive the notification, the problem is, its there and never leaves, ok it might be important, but unless you touch it (and go to another part of the app, then need to go back and so to you keep going on this mess until finally make them marked as read) it will remain “unread” and the badge on the app icon keeps increasing. Not to mention that my notifications preferences are not really important to the app since I keep receiving promotional notifications even if I choosed not to. So this is very annoying to say the least, notifications like credit card charges, pix transfers etc are vital, but if I open them “hey I read it ok?” And give me a simple option to mark as read, and please let me do it eith multiple notifications at once. Thanks
