I’ve been with the Dupaco for 10 years or more, and I have never had any troubles with my debit card, or any kind of financial problem with them putting too much in or taking too much out or they ere the best financial institutions I have ever been with I have had hackers scammers has gotten into my account and taking money out without my knowledge and without my authorization and the pack caught it and they replaced a while back 56 years ago they had to put back like $1000 back into my account because it was hacked but that’s not their fault but 80% of the time if there’s a familiar transaction that goes through they will decline it and send me a notification for me to call the card service to see if it was a legitimate transaction if they can let it go through thank you Dupaco all is are great. I have not ever experienced a bad situation with any of your associates none God bless you all. Keep up the good work. Love you guys.

We see so much fraud and scammers now I love that Dupaco has our backs and is looking out for their Members! Updates to continue to keep everyone safe is crucial. The credit card information has been nothing but a nightmare I can tell you for the last six days I have had nothing but incorrect information I made a simple $300 payment to my account and it said that I put $1500 towards it I should’ve just kept quiet but no being honest like I did I brought it to somebody’s attention who said they were gonna call me back and they never did. Then when I did get a call back I was told that it was going to be fixed that their IT was going to look into the situation and fix it we are on day five and it’s still reading that I have a negative balance in my credit card. How is that possible when you go out to the regular website it says that I don’t have a negative balance but your website shows that I do! Are you gonna be like the normal banks and have money disappear? I wanted to truly believe in a credit union that worked for me but I’m hearing nothing but crickets no call today and still the problem is showing inaccurate information!

I hate this new update. This app never needed to be updated. I liked the old version. Red for debits and green for deposits. Then they made everything grey. Really. I asked about that and they stated it was because people are people that are color blind and can't tell the colors apart. Really. Then they came out with this major update. Whoop dee do. I liked having the available balance as well as the current balance. Now for the latest update. I can't even transfer between accounts. I had to call to make my money transfer. Really. What's the point of having a mobile app if I have to call and make a transfer. Really.
