I appreciate that Equitable supports passkeys for signing in. Overall, a good claims submission process, but the app only supports browsing the photo library or taking a picture. I cannot browse files or attach a PDF. Please fix!
Not as easy as filing claim on website

It only allows you to attach documents from photo album. It needs to also allow you to upload documents from cloud such as Apple files, Dropbox, etc. As a member filing a claim for my wife it also asked for my Equitable policy and certificate info. It should auto fill that info into the claim since I am logged into the app using that same info.
Good and could improve

This app makes it much easier to submit claims. It doesn’t let me view images of previous claims which would really help in confirming what claims have already been made.
Very Bad App Design and Service

I have used Manulife before and submitting a claim via this app is so bad compared to Manulife app. In addition to that, claim approval takes 10-12 days while in Manulife claim will be approved within a day and payment will be received within 2 days. Equitable feels like from 90s.
