Work Order Management : Review work order information before starting the job, and take advantage of interactive assistance features, such as: instant driving directions, one-touch contact calling, job description and report review.
Job Center : Dealing with work orders has never been this intuitive. Your job updates are provided in real time, and displayed in a logical order: today, upcoming, late and completed.
Job Report : Our interactive Job Reports are tailored to request only required information and automatically record time milestones. Capture signatures, photos, barcodes and parts/services usage.
Notifications : Receive notifications for new jobs, scheduled jobs or rescheduled jobs on your mobile terminal. Notification settings are fully configurable.

Disclaimer : Synchroteam uses your GPS in your phone - continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.
It would be nice to be able to see our weekly or biweekly hours so employees can track there hours during the week and see what there hours are for that day and they can see there week total is at the end of the week also that drive time needs to be edited you cannot do anything with the app when your clocked into drive time and for our service department needs the app to make calls and get addresses

Customer support is lacking

There are several reporting features missing from the app/software. Reporting is limited to one week at a time. Customer support is terribly slow. It can take weeks to resolve issues which means employees in the field are left without critical information while you wait on a response.
Bug Fixes:
* Fixed issues with Clock In and Clock Out functionality.
* Fixed a display error where job numbers appeared as 0.
* Fixed various bugs in the Invoicing and Quotes sections.
