The guys in the platform act like they are caring customers; but they don’t. I requested refund immediately after I signed up (note: I subscribed because of their misleading advertisement), they didn’t refund my money yet. Their refund policy is very silly & shameful. Americans don’t keep policy like this. Americans care customers. If customers are not satisfied, Americans refund their money immediately. The guys in this platform are tiring—I spent so much time to chat with them to get refund. I believe that these people live in some part of India & they are homeless. They don’t have anything to eat. So, they are scamming our money. They also talk about customer support team, they have appealing customer care website & also live chat. All fake! They don’t refund money & I guarantee! I disputed my money two times, they declined. Bank advised me to keep follow up until I get refund. Bank already consulted US authorities to investigate this website. Dear shoppers, dispute your transaction immediately & file report to your concern authorities. Don’t let your money scammed okay! Thanks!

The owner anupam mittal made this app for himself to find a better girl and now they are misusing this app to make more and more money they are making fake profiles to attract men and women online by seeing those pictures people are getting attracted and thats how they make them to pay for membership but in reality they pay their actual employees to make more and more fake profiles so that people get trapped to pay and than after when you come to know the reality they do not refund your money at all the owner anupam mittal he is a really big fraudsters and scammer in India and this is how they scam all over the world. Nobody is over them thats what they understand they deactivated my account after I paid for premium plus within a week I kept on emailing them they do not reply and when you go online this scam app does not give your their physical office address or the customer care number the only way is you have to email them. Please never ever go to this app. Since they are in India they think nobody is above them to govern them or standardise them they make fake profiles and scam the people around. Never ever download this app even they might be paying for getting good reviews to run their business.

Tried logging on after I received a verification email. It kept asking for a password when I was never asked to set one up. Called customer service and was told I was not fully verified and would receive another email shortly. Received a rules violated email that said here is our rule book and gave no other info on what rule was violated. Called customer service back and the new employee kept saying look at the rule book and could not give any information. What is the point of customer service? Escalated via the email because they could not even connect me to management. No response from escalation team but the two customer service reps Anas Beig and Parvinder Singh Chauhan have continued to send me emails every other days “saying they helped and can I leave them a review”. When I leave a bad review I get emailed again with the same rule violation email probably in an attempt for them to show that they are rectifying the situation. Nightmare to even sign up.

This application has a lot of fake profiles where they will say that they were born and raised in US but once we talk they have a huge accent. There are also profiles where they state they work for UN so they can't talk on the phone but then eventually start asking for money. There are also some profiles where they will use the same pictures but for different profiles and with different names. All of these profiles have very impressive pictures but are completely fake.Despite of hiding my phone #, somehow some people were still able to see it and start calling at 5am or 4am but once after looking at the picture it's someone I have never seen before. Also, some of these people here will start texting with some weird pictures even though I have never talked to them before. The more I try to stop them the more they insist on continuing the conversation and will be very pushy. I do not recommend this application to anyone. It has been a nightmare dealing with these fraudulent profiles.
