This is a wonderful app for inspirational quotes! The interface is a little strange with how you can share things, I don't find it to be terribly user friendly but I still love the app. The pictures sometimes get in the way of the words so it makes it a little hard to read the quote. However, I would recommend this app!!

Came across this app recently and downloaded it. A very nice app. Have been enjoying the daily reflections so far. Love the design and how it’s able to save my mood to the daily reflection

On that raining day, when you're just crying for some humor? Or in that nonsensical situation, in which you're ready to apply about anything even thinly (not) related to make it all make sense? When does your phone beep and give you those perfectly (not) related words of wisdom? Quote it, ladies and gentlemen, the panacea for boredom, loneliness and homework. Impress your friends with impressive quotes and sayings (hide in embarrassment when they ask you for the quote again tomorrow). Honestly, this is a fine app. You can't search the quotes but I do occasionally appreciate the brain treat of some good phrase. If you have the space, why not get it. Just watch out if you like to keep your phone on loud because it will not hesitate to interrupt class or meetings or sleep at odd times. I think that it becomes more active the more you pay attention to it; so, if you mess around with it just before bed don't be surprised that it'll sen a few more messages you way before it quiets down again. Decently made, decently good quotes.
CHECK ON SOURCES PLEASE

This is a great idea and would get more students involved in gret people and pictures very few know. However, there is a serious note to this app. Example, Your opening quote is one from Gandhi, nice, but I would not use any of his material because of the real man he was. Gandhi isn't the person so many people think he was. He was an idealist without any concern for humanity as a whole or the consequences of one's own words and how they could destroy a nation and all our freedoms we value so highly. Just read his own letters to England concerning WWII. He encouraged diligently for England to surrender to the Nazis. This is but one of many of his writings that show the true distorted view of human life Gandhi held. So, please, really check out the people, their colleagues, their writings, home life, education, etc. before you believe they are worthy of your admiration.
QuoteIt 7.0.0 is the major library, recitation, and intelligence release since 6.5.2.
- 89 community datasets are now bundled directly in the app, and Gujarati Bhakti is bundled as a first-class source too.
- Imported copies now shadowed by bundled app versions are automatically cleaned up so the visible library stays simpler after upgrade.
- The Choose Dataset language sheet now sorts installed languages alphabetically while keeping All Languages pinned first.
- Source picker search matches the English name of bundled datasets, and non-Latin-script datasets can show an English secondary label for easier discovery.
- The quieter quote-screen chrome from 6.5.2 remains in place, with clear scripture jump labels including Bhagavad Gita chapter names where available.
- Bhagavad Gita chapter recitation playback is now available, and the Quran sidecar now includes all 114 surah recitations.
- QuoteIt now supports hybrid media resolution across 40+ sources using bundled/group media, curated picks, and search-based fallback where supported.
- When media is available, the action bar can show a video/play control for the current item.
- You can save a preferred recitation video for a verse or quote, and those choices now persist across relaunches and sync deletions correctly across devices when iCloud key-value sync is available.
- Recitations support background audio plus working lock-screen and Control Center play-pause controls.
- The expanded recitation player now keeps Show Text, Playback Speed, Sleep Timer, and AirPlay behind a compact ... menu, and Minimize Player keeps those controls reachable from the mini player too.
- On iPad, the recitation player opens as a compact draggable window — drop it anywhere on screen and your position is remembered across launches, rotation, Split View, and Stage Manager.
- The action bar and floating tab bar adopt iOS 26's Liquid Glass materials on supported devices; older OSes keep the existing chrome unchanged.
- The Wisdom Timeline gains a "What's lifting you up" insight that surfaces the themes from quotes journaled on your best-mood days.
- Reading a quote via Siri or Shortcuts now returns a structured Quote entity, so you can chain actions on it and compose it inside Apple Intelligence workflows.
- iOS 26 devices see an on-device AI sentence starter inside the Reflect prompt — generated from the current quote, with no data leaving the device.
- A streak Live Activity appears on the Lock Screen and Dynamic Island (where supported) when you open QuoteIt with an active streak, showing the day count plus a snippet of today's quote for up to four hours.
- The Journal toolbar gains a Journaling Suggestions picker (iOS 17.2+), so you can pick a system-curated moment from your day to pair with a quote.
- Reader continuity is smoother, with better position preservation and less jumpy cross-item reading.
- Search, dataset browsing, and stability received additional polish.
