Since I’m foreign Turkish still hard, dealing with Hepsi app sometimes i need to use 3rd party app to translate some words when stuck in iade or something else, I gave 4/5 hopefully soon English language will be supported.
Losing a lot of money

Y’all have to be losing money because it’s no way to translate the app into other languages. When you first download the app, the first thing that should pop up before you’re able to look at anything in the app is “choose your language and currency” so the person downloading the app, dont have to go to the settings to find it in a language they don’t know. That would take a lot of the headache and stress away from the buyer. And I’m sure bring in money to the app itself . The reality is people aren’t going to learn another language just to buy things online. Hopefully this changes soon

iPad app could have been much better

Overall one of the best online shopping app in Turkey for iPhones. Not much thought was put into the iPad app. It does not work in landscape mode. iPad version is just a large screen iPhone app like the ones 5-6 years ago, when iPad was just introduced and people didnt know what to do with it.
