Proximus+ is hands down one of the worst apps I've ever used. It's a complete disaster from start to finish. The app freezes constantly, making it impossible to accomplish even the simplest tasks. It's as if the developers never bothered to test it before release.The performance is abysmal. Every action is met with delays, and the app often becomes entirely unresponsive. This isn't just a minor inconvenience—it's a deal-breaker that makes the app completely useless.Furthermore, the functionality is practically non-existent. The features are either broken or so poorly designed that they might as well not be there. Proximus+ fails to deliver on any of its promises and ends up being a total waste of time.In summary, Proximus+ is a pathetic excuse for an app. It's plagued with freezing issues, offers no real value, and is utterly useless. Save yourself the frustration and avoid it at all costs.

Bad customer service & signal

The wait time is very long for customer service. Wait time is no less than 40 minutes. Also have to type a long customer number, not like it’s something to memorize. Everything is online, so the internet isn’t reliable and difficult to get the info with no internet . All together the worst internet service, but I haven’t tried the other service. I think I will, couldn’t be worse.

My Connection Is HORRIBLE!!!

Everyday I experience intermittent service fore no reason. Devices drop of of the WiFi Connection fore no apparent reason and the connection in my apartment is awful. Realistically, for a service provider in a top tier nation the company should be ashamed. However, the staff at your call centers always does strive to get to the root cause of a problem so your company does have some good qualities to be admired. But realistically your product does need improvement…
