Love the app! Hate the icon!

I love the app itself because of it functionality, but the overall design, other than the amazing globe, could be improved to make the app even more amazing. The bigger improvement can be done in the app icon, seriously, being flat and more modern. Looks a poster from an 80’s alien movie :-)

Thanks — so happy you love the app (and the globe)! Great call on the icon — we’ll pass your feedback to our design team as we look at a flatter, more modern look. Make sure you’ve downloaded the latest update for any visual tweaks. If you need help or want to tell us more, please reach out at www.deluxeware.com — we appreciate the honest feedback!

Like another review I was disappointed when app tracker told me this was "free". It's free except what you have to pay to upgrade to full functionality like temp on badge and use in notification center. There are plenty of totally free weather apps out there that work just fine without having to pay $4.99. The app is very nice visually and if the upgrade was only $1.99 I would do it but $5 is a little steep for what you get for your money. Two "basic" features.

We are sorry your experience was not good. We have continued improving the app since your review. Is the issue still happening for you? Please contact help@deluxeware.com and let us know what still needs attention.

Pretty But Nothing More

I got this app because I liked the interface. Shortly after it wanted me to pay for the widget. I was going too until a major thunderstorm came up in my area. I went to look at the weather radar and this very nice message told me that weather radar would not work on some devices. Seriously!!!! And then too top it off the message said “we are sorry about this.” I am so glad I didn’t put any money into this app. If you depend on an app like this to keep you safe and informed...look somewhere else.

I really like the look of the app and it does everything I was expecting. For me it is good where ever I am it keeps me informedIf subscription prices continue rising I’ll stop using seems every app is wanting their subscription

Developer Response
Sorry for the confusion. App Store purchases and billing are handled by Apple, but our team can help check the app-side status. Please contact help@deluxeware.com.
