Fixes a bug that caused the Complete League (Clubs) badge to be awarded even though the league was already completed.

* We got the feedback that many of you miss the ability to see all fixtures worldwide on the map under Nearby Fixtures. This update introduces a new setting that lets you enable this behaviour. On dates with a lot of fixtures it is recommended to turn this setting off if you are only interested in listing local fixtures.

* The Nearby fixtures search has been reimplemented under the hood for improved performance, and to accommodate the rapid increase in fixtures included in Futbology.
