FINDINGS FROM THE INSPECTION PAGES • Review Findings now opens with every finding ticked. Untick any you don't want, then tap Add Observations at the bottom. • Fixed: on an iPad the Add button could be missing, so ticked findings never reached the report. OBSERVATIONS • After you add or edit an observation on an EICR, the app suggests the schedule item it belongs to, so you can mark it with one tap. • A failing circuit or board check from the AI check can now be added as observations. • Spark's Add as Observation offers the code from its answer. IPAD • Held upright, the checklist tucks away on the Observations and Distribution Boards pages so the list and its details have room. Tap the sidebar button at the top to bring it back. BOARD VISION • Reads the main switch and its rating, and reports surge protection wherever it sits on the board. RETESTS DUE • One monthly summary notification of customers due a retest, instead of one for every certificate. Tap it to open Retests due.

Optimised for iPhone Duo Mac and iPhone Duo and iPad preview certificate in saved certs Circuit Designer improvements, correction factors and cable ratings. It designs single core cable, handles 4 core cable and three phase circuits at 400 V, and uses the correct armour figures for SWA cable. iPad, Mac, lists now open beside what you choose: Saved Certificates beside the PDF, boards beside their circuits, observations, Settings and Client Hub. Circuits have a new List or Grid switch. On the Mac: menu bar commands and keyboard shortcuts, Print and Export PDF, two windows, drag a PDF out, drop photos onto an observation, and restore from a backup file. The checklist sidebar is wider. Fixes: the keyboard no longer covers the box you are typing in, PDF previews open at the top of the first page, section notes are no longer cut off on the Mac, screen mirroring keeps showing the iPad, and Restore Purchase shows a single message.

COMPLIANCE CHECK • No longer warns that client and address details are missing when they are filled in. • Now uses the supply details recorded on each certificate (earthing, voltage, frequency, Ze and fault current) instead of treating them as unknown. What's new CSV export, rebuilt Share, then CSV, now gives you the whole certificate in one clear table: every field, every board and every circuit, with the same field names every time. Spark AI: Improved and more accurate. Also. - The Spark AI button on the observation screen now opens the chat for the observation you're writing. - "Add as Observation" now gives the new observation the right item number. - If you run out of AI tokens, the token shop now opens with prices, from the chat and from the AI checks. EICR observations - Items you code C1, C2, C3 or FI on the inspection pages, and failing circuit readings, now appear on the Observations page. Review them and add them in one go. - "Fill from a finding" on the observation screen fills the observation from any of those items. - The Vault now opens on its own screen with a search box, and its wording no longer shows stray characters. - "No Observations" no longer states that no remedial action is required when an observation is already on the report.

What's new Import PDF: turn a certificate made in another app into an iCertifi certificate. Tap the cog button in Saved Certificates. Your first 10 imports are free. Auto DB schematics: an optional page showing how your boards are fed. Turn it on in Settings, or for one certificate from the cog menu. Search circuits on every board from the Distribution Boards page. Certificate for this repair: start a Minor Works, EIC or Domestic EIC straight from an EICR observation. Landscape schedule: now looks like the printed schedule, and Max Zs updates when you change the breaker. Schedule photo scanner is faster and more accurate. Fixes PDF preview no longer jumps between pages on iOS 27. Observation card on iPad is readable in dark mode. Export ZIP is back at the top of Saved Certificates, in the cog menu.

• Convert keeps your readings: converting a certificate, for example a Domestic EIC to an EICR, now brings across every test result (R1+R2, Zs, insulation, RCD times and more), so there is nothing to type in again. • EICR item 5.17: the tick box on the heading has gone. Record your outcomes against the four points below it, as on the BS 7671 model form. • EICR schedule: any box you never filled in now prints N/A, just as the form shows it. • Before you share: if a certificate has pages you have not opened yet, iCertifi now tells you which ones and lets you open them before sending. • iPad circuit grid: tapping "Test results" now takes you straight to the readings, and the switch follows you as you scroll. • Saved signatures: tapping "saved signature" when none is saved on this device no longer clears a signature that is already there. You will see a message telling you how to save one. • General fixes and improvements.

Circuit test results now keep the same layout on every circuit. The Zs and RCD boxes could swap sides as you moved between circuits, so you had to hunt for the box you had just used. Scanning a paper circuit schedule with Board vision now waits for large sheets to finish. A big schedule could stop with a message about your internet connection even though the scan was working normally. If the service really cannot be reached, the app now says so plainly.

Bug Fix • The app could close itself shortly after opening when iCloud was slow to respond, for example on a weak signal. It now opens straight away, every time. Improvements • Client Hub waits for your iCloud client list before adding a new client, so a client you added on your other device is never added a second time. • Changes made on your other device now show up in Client Hub without reopening it. • Retest reminders are kept in place while your client list is still arriving from iCloud.

Ring, Radial, Lights, Cooker, Spare, your own saved circuit and More are now a bar you can swipe, right under the circuit's name — no longer n in the Assistant menu. The Assistant has moved onto the start of that bar and stays put while you swipe the rest. The circuit page now opens showing circuit details and test results together with option to go between the two individually Scan your test instrument straight into the circuit. Bug fixes and improvements: • Fixed: some certificates printed an incorrect "Originally issued under BS 7671:2018+A2:2022" line across the bottom of the page, overlapping the standard footer text. Certificates created before the Amendment 4 update, or duplicated from one, were affected. Your test results and the declaration were always correct — the error was in this one printed line only. • To correct a certificate you've already issued: open it, tap Revise, then export it again. The corrected PDF keeps its original issue date. • Client Hub now spots and merges duplicate clients automatically, and prevents new duplicates being created. Other fixes
