there used to be a button to email support, and in aa day or two you would get a responce. no longer.i have uk use only apps, and have used vpn to show my location as uk. they worked great for many years, and wouldhave to periodicaly update the servers when not showing location as uk.now there is no way to contact them to do this, just a stupid chat bot. nice way to treat a 10 year plus user!used to be 5 stars now justbarely scaping by at 3!(if the company is reading this you need to update your uk. servers to show up as uk. and the hungarian server stopped working weeks ago!)

unbelievable situation
This app works great…. when it is working. But when it does not, be prepared to experience the greatest frustration of your life. VPN now has an automated troubleshooting program. It is rediculous. Leads you no where. the company boasts 24 hr service, but you will not get an immediate response. When it goes wrong it is really wrong. I can’t reinstall, I can’t do anything to help my situation. I am helpless and rely completely on an automated service platform that is laughable. Surely, VPN, you can do better than this… Do the actual leaders of this company realize what their customers experience? I think not. If you do… then you do not understand customer service. And you are simply taking as much money as you can from those of us who need this type of product. Service is an after thought. Otherwise, why would you go from a live chat solution to an automated solution. The automation is not sophisticated enough to help. Now..I’m trying to submit this review and I need to enter a nickname. Any nickname I enter is “already taken” - again, laughable….

This app worked well for me for many years. Whenever I reported a problem, they responded right away. But now... None of my desired servers seem to be working; I left a message in their chatbox, which has been sitting there for days now without any reply. I also noted this app hasn't been updated in 3 years? Time to say goodbye, I guess ?

This does not work. I had a similar program in the past and it worked fine. This one makes you subscribe to get the “free” trial. I canot find a way to unsubscribe even though it says you can through settings. This does not work.
