Met de app van TCA kun je makkelijk in heel Amsterdam je taxi bestellen. Onze taxi’s staan 24 uur per dag 7 dagen per week voor je klaar. En bijna altijd binnen 5 minuten voor je deur.
Na het downloaden van de app kun je meteen je taxi bestellen. Wanneer je vaker gebruik maakt van de app, kun je gemakkelijk een account aanmaken, zodat je rithistorie bewaard blijft en je favoriete bestemmingen in kunt voeren.
Je kunt gemakkelijk de taxi die je nodig hebt bestellen. Wil je zo snel mogelijk opgehaald worden? Kies voor ‘elk type voertuig’, de snelste optie. Ben je met een groep van 5 tot 8 personen? Kies voor een optie met 6-7 of 8 personen.
In het scherm zie je hoe lang het duurt voordat de taxi bij je is. Daarbij zie je een indicatie van de ritprijs, de afstand en hoe lang je onderweg bent. Je kunt je taxi uiteraard ook reserveren voor een later tijdstip. Daarnaast kun je aangeven of je veel bagage bij je hebt, een huisdier mee wilt nemen en met hoeveel personen je bent.
Als je je rit hebt besteld, zie je de taxi naar je toe rijden. Daarbij staan jouw chauffeur en auto met kenteken. Na de rit kun je je chauffeur beoordelen.
In een TCA-taxi betaal je zoals je wilt. Met pin, creditcard of cash in de taxi, maar ook met de TCA-app. Voeg je creditcard of Apple pay toe aan je account en betaal je taxi met de app.

Drivers will either cancel after assignment or accept fares and say they are at your pickup location, when they are not. You may be left waiting for a long time. At this point you can’t cancel or see them on map. The call driver button takes you to a call center, not to the driver. Sometimes it’s difficult to get a timely pickup from the call center. There are better options.
