Each facility will affect the surrounding development, impact will vary by facility.
You can earn money each month in proportion to population.

Touch Screen - Move the cursor
Cursor button - Move the cursor one space in each direction
[Construction] button - Construction of the facility be constructed at the cursor position
[Next] button - Next Month advance time
