View up to 15 additional guest opt‑ins on the Guest Details screen for Check‑in, In‑house, and Checkout—for both primary and additional guests. Post Payment now displays clear prompts when a credit‑card fee applies and when a refund requires approval. All reports on the Reports screen now support Jasper-format reports. Bug Fixes and Improvement.

We have made an internal update to improve how the app handles printing larger reports.

Guest images can now be hidden from guest view. Private notes can now be hidden from guest view. You can now view all external confirmation numbers associated with a guest’s stay via the External Confirmation popup, accessible from the Check-in, In-house, and Checkout screens. Reports in the Hotel App are now generated in Jasper format instead of Cognos, except for three specific reports. A new Guest Details column has been added to the Housekeeper List and Room Details screens, showing the number of adults and children. Add-on and Add-on Guest reports are now available in the app. Standard Jasper folio reports now include the “Insert Signature Here” tag by default, eliminating the need for a separate parameter to place the signature. The icons on the Room Assignment screen have been updated to match Infor's standard icon set. Gender icons are now visible. The Legend screen is now accessible from the Room Assignment screen, providing clearer explanations and details about the icons in the app. Bug Fixes.

You can now view, search, and sort the guest stay records by the External Confirmation Number. You can now add the iPad device ID into HMS via the Hotel app if the device ID isn't already available. When the property default option "Registration Card Required for Check-In" is enabled, the Hotel App will update the print count of the registration card report upon signing and submitting. You can now use the "Attempt Copy First" feature to generate a Key in the iPad Hotel App. You can now view the Guarantee credit card type, masked card number, and expiry date in the Hotel App. A new checkbox, Save to Profile, is in the notes panel. You can now view the Room Information screen for a room number, which will help the user view and assign a room number based on guest preference. You can now view and add a report parameter list for the available reports in the App. The Guest Details screen will replace the existing Add Email/Address screen. The user can add more fields on the Guest Details screen from the Signature App Configuration screen. You can change the field attribute, sort, and rename any field on the Guest Details screen.

The app will warn you during the check-in process, if any un-transferred deposit will be transferred during the invoice closing process. You can also view the deposit amount the user must refund after check-out if the account does not have un-invoiced charges.

Users can choose a setting that blocks the automatic transfer of deposits during check-in and a reminder if a Deposit Transfer is still pending on the app during the check-out process. Bug Fixes.

This App has been enhanced to further extend functionality out from behind a desk. 1. You can now save the address information of additional guests to the guest details screen during the signature capture workflow of registration cards. 2. You can now determine if scrolling to the bottom of a document is required before signing. 3. You can now exclude the Add Email/Address screen from the signature capture workflow by form. 4.
