I’m fine with the services, but regarding the actual interface this app is awful. It’s difficult to navigate and the whole thing just needs to be reorganized for things to be accessible. The categories should be reorganized for different functions. Even logging in is painful. Sometimes it will log you out and when you do log in, it takes you to some weird section in the app where you can’t see your server… only to log you out and make you log back in again.Yeah TL;DR, awful app that needs an entire rework.

Where do I even start!? I play on Xbox, rented a Palworld Xbox Server from them. The server completely wiped all my data after playing for a month. They then added a way to retrieve lost data for future issues. Thought that was good, but then the server wiped would happen 2-3 times a week. Everytime it happened, you would lose up to 24 hrs worth of progress which really sucked if you were building stuff. However I stuck it out with them for a while longer.The straw that broke the camels back with me was when Palworld had a minor patch update. I waited 2 weeks for them to do the update on their side so we could play again before I canceled or at least I thought I canceled! I moved onto other servers learning that it was another 1-2 weeks before they actually did their part & people got back in. Months later I’m scanning through my bank account and learned that they have still been charging my account. After reading the reviews lately, I learn that this is a common problem with them, that people have trouble cancelling. I searched the app, searched the website, there is no instructions on how to cancel, no link, no nothing. So I just deleted my account, which they give you an option to do, thinking this would cancel, I deleted my account twice. Apparently I had to go through Microsoft with a link that was provided to me from a Nitrado worker that I talked through on email. Also, you won’t find their email or contact information on their app or website either nor do they answer their messages through their Facebook page. I had to get the email from a fellow Palworld player. I now use Dathost and I have zero issues with them.

I don’t understand why so many games require you to go through Nitrado to get your own game servers because this app doesn’t work AT ALL not even the website works which is infuriating. I purchased a server for the game “ark survival evolved mobile” and it said “server offline” I have searched their FAQs page and have even reached out to tech support and they haven’t made my server go online. Doesn’t matter what I do I just don’t get what I paid for which is ridiculous! I wasted my money because I expected to have access to my own game server which never even happened. It has been a whole day since I purchased it and I have moved around every button that looked like it could make my server go “online” yet nothing has worked seriously they need to either fix their servers or give people refunds because it is unfair that we are paying for “services” that we never receive.

This review will be objective, and anger will be pushed to the side. My previous review was removed. This app was developed very poorly, it is painful to navigate. Before I stopped playing “Ark” it wouldn’t even load the server in the app to adjust the settings. I had reinstalled the app multiple times and tried everything, I could not modify my server settings. The process to cancel your subscription is intentionally very difficult. I was under the impression it was cancelled well over a year ago, however here I am with hundreds spent on a terrible service that I didn’t want to use anymore because of its inability to function properly. — do not waste your money on a poorly running server, that has a disgustingly developed app that makes it difficult to cancel your subscription. Don’t end up like me with well over 200 spent on a service I didn’t use.
