1 year subscription for $8.99 or a single issue for $2.99.
Subscriptions will start from the most current eCommerce enabled issue going forward for one year from the date of purchase. Your subscription will automatically renew via your app store account 24-hours prior to the end of your subscription at the rate of $8.99 for one year. You can turn off the auto-renew feature up to 24-hours before the end of your subscription by going to your Account Settings after purchase. Subscriptions cannot be cancelled during the active subscription period.

Downloaded 3 issues and it only downloads when open so it takes a while. You have to leave it open and wait. Very frustrating when always on the go traveling. Now that they are downloaded I cannot view any of them because the app keeps shutting down every time I try to open it. Very frustrating after paying for the issues and using up most of my billable allocated bandwidth for the month. I have even tried shutting all apps of and rebooting. Still crashes. If I uninstall and reinstall I will have to re-download all the issues and end up with bandwidth overages as a result. Very frustrating.

The new version says its enhanced for iPad 3 retina... It looks awful on any iOS display. Images and text are low quality and hard on my eyes. The content is good, the app needs work.
