- Completed forms can be Printed (on AirPrint-compatible printer), Emailed, or copied to a computer, for later printing (on any printer).
- Pre-build forms can be customized with your Company name, logo, address and contact information (requires in-app purchase).
- Forms, and their data, can be saved in several different formats: HTML (available for free), or PDF, CSV and XML (available after in-app purchase).

Bought this app many years ago and was able to use it quite a few times. Forms and functionalities work great as advertised. However, I purchased customized and professional features to personalize the forms I need but after awhile the app said I need to purchase the features again and again. I tried to “restore” the purchase button as suggested but nothing happened. Reached out to the company a few times regarding this issue and received no response from the app developer. Very frustrated with the service or lack there of from this vendor. I’m sure it’s not the only company that does this but it doesn’t make it any less painful for customers. Not a good way to treat repeat customers. T.N.
