I think this is a great place to get a good idea of prices and the different types of products and materials like the A frame with container expansion sets and the light steel frame and the basic foundations that can be used like sons tubes or gravel and platform decks to build on or incorporate into design..and really good to see pricing especially being grate and combing across on container ships and being able to get complete sets as finished as you want and the choice to build your self ( I’m a contractor so I’m build regular gods any way and I see these being the wave of future construction especially for price space time saved and amont of things or range of styles that can be incorporated… very cool looking forward to trying one with money from My refinance and seeing the amount you can bet for. I ordered a phone and never received the merchandise. It has been over a month, and I still do not have the product or my refund.The seller repeatedly told me to apply for a refund, but every time I contact customer service or the assurance department, I am asked for the same information over and over again, especially the order number. I provide it, then I am asked again. Nothing gets resolved.The assurance department claims a refund was issued, but the refund has never hit my bank account. When I explain this, they continue sending me in circles instead of actually investigating where the money went.I am extremely disappointed with the lack of customer service, communication, and accountability. At this point, I have neither the phone nor my money. Customers should not have to spend weeks chasing a refund for an item they never received.I would not recommend buying from this seller unless you are willing to risk losing both your product and your money. Very frustrating and stressful experience.

When a customer wants to return an item, finding the return option in the app can be extremely difficult, and in some cases it feels almost impossible to complete the return process.What is even more frustrating is the Live Chat support. Instead of helping resolve the problem, customers are sometimes asked questions such as whether the payment was made to Alibaba or directly to the seller. This is unacceptable when the payment was made through Alibaba’s own platform and through the payment link provided by Alibaba.As a customer, I should not have to spend hours searching through the app or explaining to customer service how I made a payment through Alibaba’s own system just to return an item that I purchased.If Alibaba advertises a return policy, the return process should actually be easy to find and use. Customer support should help customers solve problems—not make the process even more confusing and frustrating.This experience has seriously damaged my trust in Alibaba. I strongly recommend that Alibaba review its return system and customer service process and make them transparent, accessible, and genuinely customer-friendly.
