The app is structured ok but it is infested with bugs and the most problematic issue is the poor interface to the backend systems of the bank. Almost every request is timed out due to lack of response from the backend. I would try to improve this first. I think that some of the other issues may have to do with this one. There is a lot to work on to make it be on PAR with the two other major banks.
The send message bummer is broken

If the phone font settings are set to larger font, the send text button cannot be pressed. Try to hire real developers and not someone’s nephew to develop the app. It is embarrassing
