The app is in German only (their website as well). Nothing is tourists friendly. Tried to navigate it by heart and all I can find are pages selling trips (which I already have, that’s the only reason I downloaded the app, to try and find info, check in etc), information on other ships and something that seems to be reviews/pictures of other travelers. Why? I mean… who cares?Completely useless. We just wanted to log in and get tailored help with our trip.

I think it’s completely stupid that they want you when you go on their cruise ship to sign up for their app but everything is only in German how much sense does that make when you have half Americans on there? Does anybody with half common sense work on that ship or work on these apps? if they did that, they would know that that’s not the way it’s supposed to be. You should have more than one language available. But I guess I’m the only one with half a brain.

Schöne App für AIDA Fahrer und interessierte. Große Probleme bei den Decksplänen beim Versuch zu öffnen stürzt die App immer ab, da muss nachgebessert werden. Dringend!!!
Einige Fehler wurden behoben und die Performance und Stabilität der App verbessert.
