- Mobile settings are now retrieved during each sync of the app.
13.5 Jan 6
- Resolved an issue where annotations and bookmarks were being removed from the annotations list when a new revision of a publication was promoted and the previous revision was expired or deleted. These items will now persist correctly across revisions and remain visible after each sync.
- Resolved an issue where Workspaces did not open to the correct section after new publication revisions were promoted and older revisions were deleted. In some cases, documents opened to the title page instead of the originally linked section, despite the anchor remaining unchanged.
- Improved logic that determines the most current active revision when multiple revisions are present with the same effective date.
- Resolved an issue where Workspaces created while disconnected from the network (e.g., when VPN was disabled) displayed zero items after reconnecting and syncing.
13.3.1 10/29/2025
- [13.2] Resolved an issue that could cause the app to crash when a user logs in under certain circumstances.
- [13.2] Resolved an issue that could prevent some "Exact Match" search result highlights from appearing on the appropriate page.
- Resolved an app crashing issue that occurred when users searched within the outline of an HTML document and repeatedly navigated back using the history arrows. The app will now handle this scenario reliably without interruption.
- Workspaces now have the capability to retain documents added while offline, such as during Airplane mode or when WiFi is disabled, and will maintain these documents upon coming back online. Syncing the app does not alter the Workspace, ensuring that the items remain unchanged.
- ContentManager365 Forms in the mobile app can now auto-populate basic submitter details—such as name, email, and other required information—without requiring manual entry by the user. This enhancement streamlines the form completion process, reduces effort, and ensures greater accuracy when submitting forms.
- The mobile app now supports form data configured in ContentManager365 Forms. Users can select the appropriate options for fields defined in their forms, ensuring that forms display the correct values. This update eliminates the issue of fields appearing empty and provides a clearer, more seamless form completion experience.
- Custom icons that are set for collections within ContentManager365 Publications are now visible to users within the app. This provides a clearer and more intuitive navigation experience for users between the online and mobile viewers.
