BENEFITS & FEATURES
• Login using your User ID and the 6-digit Passcode or using biometrics (available on compatible devices as an alternative)
• Check your balances using the convenient “Home” page, where connected accounts are separated per account type (current accounts/saving accounts/cards/loans)
• View a snapshot of your finances and get useful insights such as your net worth and scheduled payments
• View your Account Details for connected accounts i.e Interest Rates, IBAN (with an option to share), Hold Amounts, Uncleared Cheques etc .
• Check your account’s Transaction History with a convenient filter option to minimize the results and trace a specific transaction
• Transfer funds between your accounts or to any Bank of Cyprus customer. For your convenience, you may use your predefined templates
• Carry out fast and easy QuickPay mobile payments to Bank of Cyprus customers, up to €250 per day, using the beneficiary’s mobile number or account/card number. Also available for payments that exceed the €250 daily limit, with the use of a Digipass. (only for individuals)
• Set your favourite Quickpay contacts and have them available for selection with just one tap
• Transfer funds to other local banks or abroad (SEPA & SWIFT) either to new or to account auto-saved beneficiaries
• Connect accounts held with Banking institutions and view information about those accounts (for supported banks only)
• Open eFixed Deposit (in euro and other currencies) and eNotice accounts
• Apply for an eCredit Card
• If you are a business subscriber with predefined multiple signatures (schema), Approve/Decline your Pending Transactions
• Update your contact information (phone numbers, email). Digipass OTP is required
• Get images of cheques you issued or that you deposited
• Pay your utility bills
• Open a standing order via the Transfer option as a repeated payment and a direct debit for your credit card
• View the status of your transactions performed via 1bank channels
• Personalise the app by uploading a picture of your choice or setting up account alias
• View the “Notices” sent by the Bank from time to time, to keep up with our news and much more.
The Bank of Cyprus Mobile Application is offered free of charge, however 1bank Commission & Charges may apply for your transactions.

Great to have a BOC app. I was thrilled expecting that the onebank service would be operated through the app but it only forwards you to the mobile website. Also the find an atm or bank near you doesnt serm to be working it keeps up loadingupdate : thanks for enabling one bank to be embedded. 1 more star to you guys. Now make this a universal app with retina graphics and you get the remaining star
Does not work well with iOS

The verification email is sent to default iOS mail app set as Outlook. But icon in the email for ‘click to verify’ does NOT function to grant the device access. If I need to open my email via another browser, then the app is not fully adapted for iOS. App needs enhancements on adaptability.

Dear customer, if you refer to the email sent for trusting a device, the 'Click to verify' button should work only on the email when you open it on the device you are currently trying to login. If you access the email from another device, then the button does not work.

I think it’s pretty embarrassing to be in a store and not be able to transfer your money between your accounts due to BOC troubleshoot. Thankfully i had Revolut with me at the time. Also it would nice to have a real time of the transactions, not days after. There is no investment in having an account in the savings, on the contrary they subtract money from your account every 3 months.

Dear customer, we apologize for any inconvenience caused and you were not able to complete your transaction. Regarding real time transactions, if you refer to card purchase transactions, these amounts are on hold for a few days until the merchant requests the funds from the Bank. As for the charges on accounts, you may discuss them with your banker and identify ways to keep them as low as possible.
