This app is pretty amazing in theory. You can basically simulate any type of special dice that you want. The problem is that I’m not sure how random it is. I don’t know how this app goes about generating random numbers, but it seems to do some incredibly improbable things, like rolling the same number over and over again about eight times in a row on a custom d18, or going back and forth between the same two numbers about 20 times on said dice. It almost seems to have some sort of physics engine involved in determining how the dice roll, depending on the angle and placement of your phone. That would be a really bad thing, if that were the case, because it wouldn’t be random if you were holding your phone just so. I’d say this could be a really great app if they can find a way to ensure that the numbers are properly randomized.

This is a great app. I'm a guy working on a game I'm kinda making, and with this, I managed to make the dice I need. I'd like more options on this version, since I'm kinda broke, but the full version seems to rock too! :D

The usefulness and ingenuity of this app amazes me. I am sure the paid version is better, but for NO money, you get a seamless dice creator with NO advertisements!
