Added support for the new iPhone X

So, when I updated the data to include 2018 I accidentally added a whole bunch of ports that have incomplete (or unreliable) data. You may have noticed this after viewing a port that shows an empty graph. These locations have now been removed from the app. Sorry about that. The tide predictions have been 1 hour ahead. Sometimes it's good to be ahead but not when you're estimating the tides! Now the Tide Table is fixed and shows the correct times. Hope this hasn't caused too much trouble for you, but this update fixes an issue that a good number of you have reported (thanks for that!) - Timezones are hard. Fixed the issue where Tides NZ would crash into oblivion when you tap on the '+' ports button for you iOS7 people (update your phones!)
