I think I use Trendyol for almost everything from my cat’s needs to my swimsuits, on a daily basis ☺️ The app is super user friendly and the velocity of the deliveries and returns are amazing🙏🏻 Also the customer service has always been there for me whenever I needed them. Last but not least, I have never received a wrong order, it seems like they have a great control system over the orders. Use it, recommend it, you won’t regret it.

I love the service provided by you, however I don’t and can’t use the app since it’s only in turkish language. I do use the site where I can use google transactions just to order. I don’t think it take much to have multiple languages for the app and now more and more foreigners are residing in turkey I think it’s time to do that

I have a shipment in Saudi Arabia since October 27th.. I left on Nov. 9th without receiving it, customer service couldn’t do anything towards it. Even to refund the money, they would wait till the shipping company return the shipment then refund it after 7 to 10 days.. money would wait more than a month in their possession!!!!!Refunding money takes too long time to happen better to pay Cash on delivery if this option available.Moreover, the stuffs labeled Trendyol are of very poor quality and finish, you must be sure of the brand you order.Will think so many times before I make an order with them.
Packages not delivered

I ordered 2 packages from different stores on 15 Feb, 1 was delivered on time and the other is stuck on being prepared since 17 Feb till now, I raised about 9 complaints, all replies says they will check & accelerate the order but nothing happened.Now I want to cancel the package, in addition to the unclear cancelation process, when I found it the app says you can not cancel the order since it is prepared and ready for shipment, but you can return it within 15 days!Well deliver it first so I can return it back!!!What a bad experience, once I receive the package or got a refund, i‘ll not use the app ever again.
