Now i am telling all my clients to download the app first. Before we were tracking their workouts with old methods. Now we create a custom program and track them in this app. Easy for me easy for them. Also very nice feature to see the progress on a chart. Even i started to use it because of this feature. I wanted something where I could create my own workouts and edit them. I was unable to edit my workouts, and I found that realky frustrating. I did like that it had lots of exercises divided by areas of the body, but I can get that feature elsewhere.
