Seeing this error for the past month, what's the point of the app if I have a permanent error with no fix

Fixing things that are working well doesn’t work! The last app made it easy to get into my acct. in two steps! This is an exercise in frustration by added so many step and codes It’d be faster to drive to the bank!! The new app designers get a trophy for turning a formerly great app into a long unnecessary security nightmare. Bring back the old app!

I want to love this app. It looks great. It does the things you want an online banking app to do. The user interface, in terms of getting to info and actions, is pretty good. But actual usage is so bad it's just an exercise in frustration.First, there is no option to stay logged in. My iPhone had a passcode and if was stolen I would remotely wipe it, so not giving me the option is overkill.But it gets worse. You need to enter your lengthy personal access code each time. Like many people today, I use a password manager to help track the hundreds of passwords needed for all the stuff I do. But can I copy the passcode from my password manager and just paste it in? Noooo. I have to memorize it and type it in. Every time I use the app. So now instead of just launching an app (one tap), you have to tap your password manager app, enter its passcode, navigate to the appropriate record, then write down the passcode (boy, that's really secure!), then exit that app, then launch the Envision app, then log in by typing the passcode you just wrote down. And you have to do this each time!And the frustration doesn't end there. When you pay a bill or transfer funds, a confirmation number is generated. This is a pretty important piece of information. But can you print it, email it, or even copy it? Noooo. The only possible way to preserve that number is to take a screen shot and then open that image to record the number.Ridiculous complexity for things that should be a piece of cake. But everything else is great, so my hope is someone sees the light of day and actually realizes how hard it is to use this app in the real world.
