I’ve placed 2 large orders on wish in the past week. Since I knew everything would be coming from china i didn’t expect anything to arrive quickly but I did already receive one item. It was exactly as described and I bought it for less than $2! The rest of my items I am watching carefully through tracking updates, I LOVE that they give updates every step of the way. Plus they will return my money if it doesn’t arrive by the original date they claimed I’d receive it by so I’m not sweating anything. For what I paid on the many items I bought, it’s worth the wait for these things to come all the way from china! I know someone who orders from wish all the time so I knew it wasn’t a scam, I’m not sure what most reviewers are complaining about. The app is awesome, it gives so many rewards, and the prices are unreal. Recently they stopped charging shipping on every item - which was totally understandable when they did since each item comes from a different store, and started charging only $2.99 flat rate shipping for almost every product as long as you spend at least $10. I hope this change is here to stay!! I noticed that most of my items are shipping in one box even though they are sold by lots of different businesses so they must have recently upgraded their shipping capabilities with new warehouses or something and that’s why they can now charge one price for all items to ship. I’m telling everyone I know to get this app!!

I found out about this about two days ago and I was excited to purchase a bunch of merchandise from the app and I began to shop and I loved a lot of the things they had for sale and I found myself spending a lot of money and the next thing you know my card was frozen and I was having a payment problems so I emailed wish and told them my issue & right away they got back to me. But instead of correcting the problem which was my payment issue they refunded all the items I purchased i had in my cart when I only wanted to buy more merchandise it was nice of them to refund me the money right away because you really never see that but that’s not what I wanted I wanted to shop more & now I’m still having issues with purchasing merchandise from their website I’m trying to shop for Christmas for my family and now I am locked out totally I don’t know what’s going on but I’m trying to get this thing right and get back on the app and shop for more stuff. I’m totally frustrated right now because a lot of the items for coming before Christmas and now I have to start all over find out what the issue is. Once I find out it’ll probably be too late & all the merchandise that I wanted will come after Christmas. I called my credit card company and they fixed the problem and I can use my credit card anywhere else but this app but I am still locked out of the Wish app & CANNOT order anything now and I have no idea why. I’m totally bombed because I was gonna do most of my shopping from this app :(

I rated this 5 stars so they wouldn’t try to hide it. So I recently have been on wish for about a month and it was great at first but now it’s totally a lazy system. I ordered an item last week and paid extra for it to get delivered early but, my item says it’s still pending and it’s way past the date it was suppose to get here. So wish is a total waste of time and they have a bunch of false advertisement. Last month I saw a tv with lights in the back so I ordered it and when I got it it was just the lights and they were busted up lights that lasted a week!!!. So what I’m trying to say is don’t get caught up in what you see bc it will be just some waste of money I’m still waiting on my order I tried contacting customer support but it only gives you three options that are way different then the problem you have!!👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼 oh yeah when you try to get a refund bc there is a 30 day refund thing so when you try to get a refund they just answer you after 39 days passed just to tell you sorry it past refundable dates. Don’t trust this app it has stuff that makes you think oh that’s cool let me buy that then it just a waste of your money I have been waiting for 30 days and I still haven’t got my crap. All they say is that there is a delay in shipment and then they extend the date for example I bought my item August 24 and they said it will be her September 8th I’m still waiting they extended the date to October 25 and they have been doing that for almost 2 months already!!!!

My first order was a custom fitting base speaker box. I could have built my own but it was going to be a very tough custom build. I had looked for it online and was floored at the prices I saw. A friend told me about Wish so I downloaded the app. I looked at several items and thought this can’t be real. The items I saw could not be that cheap and really be what they say they are. So some time went by and I thought of looking up the speaker box figuring there was no way they would have that specialty item. I scrolled through several items occasionally seeing other boxes then I saw it. It was priced at $130 and it appeared to come with two Pyle Driver brand 10” subs! I thought well the box is well worth it even if the speakers are just cheap knock-offs. It gave me an order date range a couple weeks out so I ordered and pretty much forgot about it. Three days later it was at my place of residence! I was excited but still expected a little disappointment. I opened it all up and was pleasantly surprised. The box was very high quality! I know because I’m a cabinet builder. High quality materials and very well made! I opened the speaker boxes and studied the speakers only to realize I actually have real Pyle Driver speakers as well! I installed it all very carefully and even learned how to bridge these bad boy speakers and I now have a sound system I’ve wanted since I was a kid! I’m going to set up my sons truck with more items from Wish! I will be a loyal customer from now on
