Very similar to the Uber app. Simple to schedule a taxis ahead of time. Shows taxi location as it arrives for pickup and gives text and phone number of taxi driver coming to pick you up. Supports Apple Pay so paying is seamless.

They changed it which modernized it which was better in design but far worse in functionality with the fonacab drivers. Also the prebooking system is a joke because it gives you no benefits and a rider isn't assigned to you until like 5 mins before your booking. so if you prebooked during a busy time it doesn't matter that you did because it won't start trying to assign a driver until five mins before you booked the car. and then it can take more than 5 mins to find a car then even more time for a car to reach you. It's so inconsistent! Sometimes I book extra early then I'm way too early to my appointment and sometimes i book closer to real time and then i'm not even assigned a car until after the booking and i'm late. The assigning process is atrocious and gives no extra consideration for if you prebooked or not. It's ridiculous.
