Flikshop is the easiest way to send real photo postcards to anyone in jail or prison. Built by Marcus Bullock, a returning citizen who served 8 years and knows what these photos mean. Snap a photo. Add a message. We print and mail it. Delivered in 5-7 days from $1.29. WHY FAMILIES CHOOSE FLIKSHOP • Real photos, not pixelated email scans. Your loved one tapes them to the wall. • Approved by 30+ state DOC mail systems including Utah, Texas, California, Florida, Ohio, Illinois, Georgia, Kentucky, South Carolina, Michigan, Arizona, and Pennsylvania. • Postcards from $1.29. Photo books and letters available. • 4.8 stars from 951 families on iOS. • Built by people who lived this story. Marcus served 8 years. His mom Sylvia kept his photos taped to her wall the whole time. That's why we built Flikshop. HOW IT WORKS 1. Choose a photo from your phone. 2. Add a personal message. 3. We print on real cardstock and mail to the facility. 4. Your loved one holds it within a week. FOR FAMILIES, BY FAMILY Flikshop exists because we know what it feels like to count days, to write letters that take weeks, to send photos that get rejected at the mailroom. We've spent 13 years getting approved at facility after facility so your card actually arrives. When your mom, your partner, your son, your father is far away, a photo on the wall is the difference between a hard week and a brutal one. We don't take that lightly. QUESTIONS? CHANGES? PROBLEMS? Email info@flikshop.com - we respond within 24 hours. If something doesn't arrive, we re-send it free. Download Flikshop and send your first photo today.

AMAZING BUT DON’T ASSUME YOUR INMATE WILL GET RIGHT AWAY

So, this app has been perfect. I want to stress though that it could take a second at first for an inmate to receive a postcard, esp if your inmate is in a rural location and they have never seen anything like this. After getting RTS on not only letters but an another postcard app due to the way the stamp on the postcard was, I had used this knowing it had the prestamped part. That part was critical for the inmate I am sending these to in order to get them. See because they’re allowed to have pictures but normally they are scanned photo copies. It took a couple of weeks for her to get all 50 I sent her (long story short, it was someone I hadn’t seen in a long time and didn’t know she was behind bars). I kept sending them to her knowing that the lack of response was for good reason and not for lack of this apps fault too. Well she called me yesterday and told me the CO found her walking down the hall and came carrying the stack and had been accumulating for a couple of weeks now, they were just waiting on whether or not they had to scan them or could give her the original copy. She said they had never seen anything like it before, but that it made their job much easier and so she got all of them. And she cried, which she never does. But yea, this app is amazing and I 1000% recommend and also, patience. If you haven’t gotten the postcard returned to you, there’s probably something going on with security.

Hi! Thank you so much for using Flikshop! We are working diligently to ensure that each of your Flikshop postcards reach your loved one, but sometimes these facilities make it very challenging for us. We are excited to hear that your loved one did receive your postcards. Thanks again for using Flikshop, and we look forward to shipping more of your beautiful pictures to your loved one very soon.

I started using this app because I loved a few folks who were incarcerated and then as the time went on and they opened up access, I was able to use it to send communication to anybody that I want, including my daughter who is on a mission and all the people that I love that I just don't get to connect with enough. It's such a wonderful way to have access. You have access to your people for low cost and to send them beautiful photographs and messages and it just makes all the difference in the world. Thank you so much for creating this beautiful thing for everybody

I sent off 10 photos to be printed as an order and then received tracking information. Then I tell them that the tracking that I got wasn’t working because it took me to a USPS website from the app and then they informed me that no it’s actually a UPS tracking and so I’m sitting there and waiting and watching as the order updates and then all of a sudden the tracking is no longer available and so then I reach out to them and they said they’re going to reprint my order so once they did, they never gave me a new tracking number and when I asked for it, they told me they only offer tracking numbers for their albums, which that doesn’t make any sense, because initially the tracking number was showing up within the app for my order and now when I go to search my tracking information from my order, it’s now populating, but it’s still saying the same thing like it’s not showing up so I think this app is a Forrest and a fake and I don’t think they’re actually really printing out anything and there is stealing peoples money, so don’t use this app. Use Pelly post or something else, the customer service is horrible they don’t even help you and they lie and keep giving you the runaround so don’t waste your money and use a better app or print out the photos and do it yourself

Hi, this is Marcus, founder of Flikshop. Reading this, you got the worst version of Flikshop and I'm sorry. Tracking confusion between USPS and UPS, then a reprint with no new tracking number, then no real answer when you asked again. That is failure across the board. We are not a fake. Every photo is printed and mailed. But the experience you had is unacceptable. If you're open to it, please email info@flikshop.com with your order number and a reference to this review. We will refund the order, resend the 10 photos at no cost, and ensure that this never happens again. Thank you for telling us where we failed. Again, I'm sorry! Let's make this right.

Let me just say that the quality of work is top tier! This is why I gave 3stars! Customer service is non existent and for this to be a business who’s stepping in as the middle man so we can reach the inmates there should be no reason a package sent from this business is confiscated because they made the return address my home address. This gives the prison the idea that I sent mail from home when I purchased, uploaded my photos and everything on this app. I am disgusted that I received a book back to my home address in April 2026 that was purchased and shipped incorrectly from Flikshop December 2025. Yes! The emailed customer service about it snd no reply still to this date. They need to do better for the price we pay in credits because you can’t direct pay and the credits are in inconvenient increments.

Hi, this is Marcus, founder of Flikshop. You're right and I'm sorry. We ship each order with your Return Address because that is what most facilities require. Please email info@flikshop.com with your order number and a reference to this review. We will look into your December order, get you all of your Flikshop Credits back, and ask you to try again. This time, please add Flikshop HQ's address as the Return Address and you'll be good to go. Thank you for telling us about this issue! I really want to ensure that you have a great Flikshop'ing experience.

Finding your loved one's facility is now easier and less confusing. Search based on where the facility is actually located, rather than the city used for mail processing. Some facilities process mail at an offsite location, which means the mailing address may show a different city or state. We now explain this clearly before you place your order, so there are no surprises when the address appears later. Your mail will still be addressed correctly and delivered to your loved one. We always love hearing from you! Reach out at info@flikshop.com or chat with us at Flikshop.com. Enjoying Flikshop? Don't forget to leave us a review!
