AMAZING BUT DON’T ASSUME YOUR INMATE WILL GET RIGHT AWAY

So, this app has been perfect. I want to stress though that it could take a second at first for an inmate to receive a postcard, esp if your inmate is in a rural location and they have never seen anything like this. After getting RTS on not only letters but an another postcard app due to the way the stamp on the postcard was, I had used this knowing it had the prestamped part. That part was critical for the inmate I am sending these to in order to get them. See because they’re allowed to have pictures but normally they are scanned photo copies. It took a couple of weeks for her to get all 50 I sent her (long story short, it was someone I hadn’t seen in a long time and didn’t know she was behind bars). I kept sending them to her knowing that the lack of response was for good reason and not for lack of this apps fault too. Well she called me yesterday and told me the CO found her walking down the hall and came carrying the stack and had been accumulating for a couple of weeks now, they were just waiting on whether or not they had to scan them or could give her the original copy. She said they had never seen anything like it before, but that it made their job much easier and so she got all of them. And she cried, which she never does. But yea, this app is amazing and I 1000% recommend and also, patience. If you haven’t gotten the postcard returned to you, there’s probably something going on with security.

I started using this app because I loved a few folks who were incarcerated and then as the time went on and they opened up access, I was able to use it to send communication to anybody that I want, including my daughter who is on a mission and all the people that I love that I just don't get to connect with enough. It's such a wonderful way to have access. You have access to your people for low cost and to send them beautiful photographs and messages and it just makes all the difference in the world. Thank you so much for creating this beautiful thing for everybody

I sent off 10 photos to be printed as an order and then received tracking information. Then I tell them that the tracking that I got wasn’t working because it took me to a USPS website from the app and then they informed me that no it’s actually a UPS tracking and so I’m sitting there and waiting and watching as the order updates and then all of a sudden the tracking is no longer available and so then I reach out to them and they said they’re going to reprint my order so once they did, they never gave me a new tracking number and when I asked for it, they told me they only offer tracking numbers for their albums, which that doesn’t make any sense, because initially the tracking number was showing up within the app for my order and now when I go to search my tracking information from my order, it’s now populating, but it’s still saying the same thing like it’s not showing up so I think this app is a Forrest and a fake and I don’t think they’re actually really printing out anything and there is stealing peoples money, so don’t use this app. Use Pelly post or something else, the customer service is horrible they don’t even help you and they lie and keep giving you the runaround so don’t waste your money and use a better app or print out the photos and do it yourself

Tracking confusion between USPS and UPS, then a reprint with no new tracking number, then no real answer when you asked again. That is failure across the board. We are not a fake. Every photo is printed and mailed. But the experience you had is unacceptable. If you're open to it, please email info@flikshop.com with your order number and a reference to this review. We will refund the order, resend the 10 photos at no cost, and ensure that this never happens again. Thank you for telling us where we failed. Again, I'm sorry! Let's make this right.

Let me just say that the quality of work is top tier! This is why I gave 3stars! Customer service is non existent and for this to be a business who’s stepping in as the middle man so we can reach the inmates there should be no reason a package sent from this business is confiscated because they made the return address my home address. This gives the prison the idea that I sent mail from home when I purchased, uploaded my photos and everything on this app. I am disgusted that I received a book back to my home address in April 2026 that was purchased and shipped incorrectly from Flikshop December 2025. Yes! The emailed customer service about it snd no reply still to this date. They need to do better for the price we pay in credits because you can’t direct pay and the credits are in inconvenient increments.
