This is a very useful portal tool that does not only save board members and board administrators a lot of time and money, it brings board governance to the next level.The Portfolio feature allows me to view my documents on the go which is extremely convenient when I am traveling. I also like the "sound" feature for Annotation very much. It allows me to record voice comments for the document.

I've had the opportunity to view several of the leading Board Portals and all of them seem to be document management systems except for one. BoardPortal PLUS encompasses several key features that the other portals lack and they are the only company with a high degree of boardroom experience and expertise. When it comes to the boardroom, portals should be more than just a document storage platform.
