The app is amazing. You can basically do all of your banking from the app even submit a check. I got so pampered by the QNB app that when I had to use my TD app for a little while I felt as if I was in the dark ages I couldn’t click on a charge and see where it came from or what I had spent to see where it had come from or where it went. I couldn’t be happier with the app or any of the services from the bank. I don’t know how many customers are using QNB Bank but I know I’ll never not be a customer

Ive been banking with QNB since I was a child, and now as an adult, using other mobile bank sites as well; this one needs major tweaking. Mobile deposit works half of the time, the other half, I have to drive to a branch to deposit checks (sounds lazy, yes, but a 30 min drive isn’t too much fun when I should be able to do it on my phone). Fund transfers work occasionally. I wish the app would improve but honestly, in the past five years or so, this app has been designed to look more appealing, but its functionality has dropped off. Please step it up QNB, you’ve gotta have funds lying around for some revamping on this app’s functionality.. I don’t want to have to move my accounts elsewhere just because your app doesn’t work well, but at this rate, it might end up that way. Thanks

I am glad that the bank finally moved to the 21st century! The first time I downloaded the app, it was trash. I couldn’t even log in. However, it was quickly fixed. I use it every single day without any problems. I like that it is simple. I don’t need any bells and whistles. I just want to check my accounts, deposit checks, and easily move my money around between the accounts. The only thing I would like to see is an ability to transfer to external banks easier. Maybe there is a way, and I just don’t know about it. Keep it up, QNB.

I’m very conservative when it comes to personal checking and savings accounts. I was very late to get into the online banking way of life. So being skeptical, I must say that this app has been excellent. I can check all of my accounts, transfer between accounts, change names of the accounts, and pretty much anything else I need to do, through this app. This latest version is clearly the best.
