Stay far away from Baidu Netdisk — it’s absolutely dreadful in every single aspect! Its download speed is as slow as a tortoise crawling, even if I have top-tier internet. I often wait hours just to download a small file, which wastes so much of my time. To make matters worse, nearly all essential basic features are gated behind multiple distinct VIP tiers. Users are forced to pay extra just to unlock standard functionality. This product cannot hold a candle to any overseas cloud storage service whatsoever. Compared with foreign cloud drives, Baidu Netdisk is always the most low-end and shoddy option on the market. This is not a malicious smear; these are all my genuine experiences after long-term use. I honestly cannot fathom what the developers had in mind while creating this service. It feels like the company is solely obsessed with making money with zero regard for user experience. Frustrating and Unreliable Cloud Storage Experience

I've had a very frustrating experience with this cloud storage service. Files randomly duplicate themselves without any reason, which clutters my storage and creates unnecessary confusion. Worse yet, some files automatically move to different folders without my intervention, making it difficult to keep track of important documents. On top of that, I've even noticed that some files have been mysteriously deleted without any prompt or action on my part. This unpredictability is extremely annoying, and I find it very difficult to trust this service for any important file management. I really can't recommend this service until these critical issues are resolved.

I don’t usually write reviews. I have used this app for years and there hadn’t been a problem so big that I would bother writing this. I did not open the app recently, and now when I tried to use it, I figure most of my files either disappeared or just wouldn’t show up. I used to have many folders on the first page for “Documents,” and now it is almost empty, apart from the system’s folders (which is new to me, popped up from nowhere, from the last time I used the app). I used this app to store videos and important documents, please restore them..... Very disappointed and helpless.
