Can’t even open the app after downloaded. It used to work, but not anymore. Why?

The app technology is so behind. When opening the app, it takes you to mobile web browser, and then you have to click more buttons that brings you back to app UI.

I don’t even like to give any star. The app is error to register and log in since Dec. No one comes to fix it !!!
