Needs improvement. Somewhat helpful to figure out how much data you have left. Otherwise, many screens that I can’t figure out!

App is dysfunctional in many areas and very limited, then you call to resolve the issue, they press you to go back to the app, and when you finally reach a person, they resolve the issue and thank you for your patience, and after you hang up with tech support, you discover that nothing happened and you still have the same problem, primitive system

Besides the idea that the application isn’t working properly and is somehow confusing to use The service is extremely slow and you’ll need to wait for an hour just to get the chance to text customer care, and they never help as well 0 star !
