Big update for the start of Summer. As more and more albergues are adopting rest days of their own, I have improved the notice that appears. It will not warn you if the albergue is closed today or tomorrow.

Last Winter update. Minor changes to content, only a few albergues have changed critical information. Minor bug fixes: outgoing url links have been fixed, and the "WhatsApp Helper" works again!

The first major update of the year, this version includes updated pricing and opening seasons. Under the hood are several performance changes, with a thorough rewrite of the code to make sure that all devices are working properly. AND it introduces a new feature which allows pilgrims to inform 'El Sabio, the Wise Pilgrim Bot' about the status of albergues, so you can help your fellow pilgrims to know what albergues are full.

In this update, the last major one of the season, I have improved the way to navigate between adjacent towns along the way. I have also fixed some map-related bugs, thanks to all of you who have written to help me diagnose them.

MAJOR BUG FIX

Minor bug fixes, including a few albergues which did not appear on the map view.

This update does two things at the same time. It introduces the ability to send updates 'Over the air' meaning that if there is a change in telephone number, or price, or opening hours of your accommodation I can get them to you faster. The is important at the moment since the hiking season is beginning and many albergues are making last minute changes. New routes will still be delivered via app store updates. -and- It eliminates a minor bug that annoyed me greatly. Everything else remains as awesome as always.

New feature shows whether an albergue is CURRENTLY open, closed, or about to open/close. Handy for pilgrims walking in the shoulder season and winter.

Many changes to the content, updated pricing etc. Introducing better communication tools: It is now much easier to initiate calls to accommodation via landline, mobile, WhatsApp, and email. Accommodations linked to maps app, for turn by turn directions if necessary. Bug fix: A bug crept into the last version, causing the app to crash when you tried to search the albergue directory or leave a comment. That bug is no more!
