I have been enjoying this game since August 2013, downloading it without knowing how to play poker of any kind. In the beginning there didn’t seem to be a serious kind of security about behavior and while many players were kind and patient while I learned the game, other players were very rude and extremely crude. Over time I saw things change. I’ve always played fair and tried to be kind or silent while online. Once I accidentally joined a game WAY above my comfort zone and lost millions within a minute or so. I contacted game’s help and explained what happened and within 2-3 days they refunded my loss. I’ve never forgotten that kindness and happily report that this game is my “playtime”, people recognize me as a decently good, kind player and realize I never try to bully anyone, often choosing to take 3rd or 2nd when we’re down to the final three players. Most people, probably due to stricker security on behavior are well behaved. This is a fun game. Thank you.

I’ve been playing poker on this app since 2012. I bought chips and gold. After winning a lot of chips on 2 accounts with about 40 billions chips total, they banned my accounts. They said the reason is that I used inappropriate language which is impossible because they have censor system in place. Even words like “come”, “casino” are censored. They have their goons on every table harassing players with continuous bombardments of friend requests and bad gifts to tick people off. As soon as you say something, you will get banned. All your chips that you have paid for and won will be taken. I had quit for 5 years after they banned my first account with 8 billions. With all my years on there, I’ve seen a lot of people got banned for this fabricated reason. They have lost more than 80% off players since 2016 because of this scam and rigged cards. If you don’t believe me, get on and see for yourself. Do not buy chips. This app is a scam. I wish Apple would do something about this.

Don’t spend money on a game through this platform. They block your account for no reason and then you can’t get them to respond to emails to try and fix the situation… I had the same account with five billion chips on poker deluxe and they blocked my account for NO REASON and WILL NOT RESPOND TO MY EMAILS!!!!
