Take control of your pain management with Pain Logger—the comprehensive, private tool designed to help you track, analyze, and communicate your pain intensity levels accurately. Empower your next doctor’s visit with definitive data, not guesswork.
Whether you are managing chronic conditions, recovering from surgery, or navigating unexpected flare-ups, one of the first questions a doctor asks is: “What has your pain level been, and when does it peak?” With Pain Logger in your pocket, you can answer confidently. Versatile enough for all conditions—including chronic back pain, migraines, sciatica, shingles, arthritis, or post-op recovery. Download Pain Logger today to take the guesswork out of your health.
The primary reason I downloaded the app was to track pain. This would include intensity as well as location. Anyone who has back problems and subsequent nerve pain knows that areas of pain move just as intensity fluctuates. To try and more efficiently identify specific triggers, it is helpful to know when and WHERE your pain is as well as how much it hurts. -Adding insult to injury
Developer Response
The later versions of the app address this issue by allowing multiple pain areas, setting pain types, and on-demand pain entries. This would allow one to enter the primary pain area level for a specific area and have other on-demand areas to track other areas triggered by the primary area.
Awesome Tool
Fruenk
I wish I didn't need this app, but given my current situation this app has been a life saver. It sure beats pencil and paper and I love the ease of use. It's a lot easier to print a graph chart showing the pain levels that I have logged for the last two weeks to show doctor than try to explain the extent of the pain. I also tend to "sugar coat" the true extent of my pain due to my optimistic personality and the app gives a truer picture of. My situation. I can also easily email the notes to anyone and they are in a easy to read PDF document. You wont regret buying this app!

Thank you for the feedback. This description is a true representation of the intention and function of the app and was the original reason we built it in the first place.
Watch out when you upgrade
Mike46578
Used it for three weeks and it worked well so I decided to upgrade. It erased all my previous data and notes with no warning. Sheesh!
Developer Response
In this version we had some syncing problems. The latest version uses industry standard storage both on the client and in a user's iCloud account, so this problem should not occur again.
The worst
Kevin747484883
A paid app that still bombards you with ads. The help screens pop up every time you use it. Interface is horrible. Other reviews must be fake. Do not buy.
Developer Response
Since this version we have made many changes. Ads have been toned down for the free version, the premium in-app purchase turns these off. The help screen popups (when launched) can be turned off in settings, and we have updated the interface to be more streamlined. We have never paid for reviews fake or otherwise.
- Updated for iOS/iPad 26
- Many UI tweaks and modifications for a cleaner more modern user experience.
