VC Bank is the most popular but not the best bank no argues. This app is not stable, it logs you out and not allowed fingerprint re-logins if you haven't login for a few days. Sometimes it wouldn't take your password and reported back as "wrong password" even though the password was correct. Sending money is quick and easy enough. So 3 stars, thought the bank itself was ok to work with while I'm living in VN.

No complaints here. I arrived in Vietnam from USA 6 months ago. My Vietnamese friends helped me get set up with account, app, and ARM card. The branch near the Tran Hung Dao statue has plenty of quay and English speaking tellers to assist and short waiting times. When I’ve called in with a problem in the middle of the night, I’ve always had prompt, responsive, and courteous services. I use the app primarily for paying rent. I wish more features were available to foreigners. I’m happy I chose Vietcombank.

Retired since 2005
I got exactly one screen in English after choosing English for my language. I chose the non-account holder option since I’m no longer allowed to have a Vietnamese bank account. After that the app switched back to Vietnamese only with no option for English. Not at all user friendly.

Fast Transfer fail if note content # symbol character.
