As if you were there -comme si vous y étiez - BUT book downloads still don’t work (“Problème d’accès aux services de Gallica. Veuillez réessayer ultérieurement”) Maybe that will be fixed in a future update? JUST UPDATED TO LATEST VERSION :-(

Doesn’t work anymore

Since the most recent OS update this app crashes upon opening. It was a little buggy beforehand but helpful nevertheless. I hope it gets fixed soon!

This application gives you access to no less than two million documents scanned by the Bibliothèque Nationale de France. A treasure for researchers and curious minds. Gallica has always been at the forefront of digitization, offering hundreds of thousands of scanned documents before Google, inc. even existed! After 15 years, it is still growing and offering an excellent service for free. Thank you guys!
