I would still rate this a 5 star rating because it’s amazing and its reliable but so far it’s a slow app and sometimes the stops go into each other but I love this

Ive traveled internationally before, used 6 other transportation apps, and ive never experienced something with such horrible UI. Cant track your routes, buses and stops are confusing, cannot purchase individual tickets, hell the zone restrictions doesn’t even explain itself on the maps. Cannot see other bus stops when looking at routes, Genuinely couldn’t have a worse experience. Wasted so much time with how poorly designed this app is, i recommend you walk before downloading and attempting this. UPDATE: . It somehow actually got worse. Not only did the app route us to a bus stop that was not available because of construction, but the app doesnt notify you that the stop is unusable. And to make matters worse? The routes on the bus route signs were still on and active. And you think it doesnt get worse, yet they cannot even manage to keep the ‘bus stop not active’ on the bus stops as multiple stops were without this sign. Could not have had a worse experience, had to walk everything.
Unreliable routes returned via search

Need to improve search results when a bus has been canceled. That canceled bus will still show up in the route options. Most recently I found that they still showed results when no buses were running that day. They should also list the bus search in a separate location than the plan because you can’t toggle between them without losing the plan you created.
Quick update needed for service change.

First Bus Scotland does not update their service change via apps. I buy weekly passes all the time. It’s a waste of customers money if they didn’t get the service they have been promised. I used to take last bus (X38) from Winchburgh to Falkirk at 11:29pm but that service is not available from February and their app still shows that I can get that last bus. That’s very unprofessional and unreliable from First Bus Scotland.
