I get a daily notice to check out the deals, which I don’t mind. I love the things on Bleem. However I have to add my location every single time before I’m allowed to look at anything. It really annoys me, I’m considering deleting the app.

The app was one of the best and easiest App to use for sending flowers, gifts, and cakes. Now, it’s little bit complicated, why? Too much info to fill and too much steps. Before, two or few steps and you are done.
The app is so outdated

There is no way to track the order and no way communicate immediately with bleems .The way you enter the information for the recipient is not correct. If I do not know where they want the flowers delivered how would I determine the location before having the option for the stores.There are many competitors in the market and if they do not fix their customer service, they will be gone in no time.
